No returns or exchanges

Nutritional supplements are consumable products. For hygiene and safety reasons, and so that every product we ship reaches you factory-sealed and untampered, Ursupps.in, powered by DD FITNESS, does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This applies to opened and unopened products alike.

Issues such as flavour like/dislike, flavour difference between brands, or personal reactions (rashes, stomach upset, headache, etc.) are not grounds for return or refund. Please consult your doctor before buying a product if you have any medical condition.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If a product reaches you damaged, with a broken or missing seal, past its expiry date, or is different from what you ordered, or if units are missing from your order, we will make it right. Send a photograph of the outer packaging and the product(s) received to us on WhatsApp or by email at info.ddfitness@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement at no cost to you. Replacements are subject to availability; where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your Order ID. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. A promo code, once used, will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Orders with a delivery address outside Telangana will be cancelled by us and refunded in full.

Refunds

All orders on Ursupps.in are prepaid, so refunds — where applicable under this policy — are always made back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval and normally reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
