Are your products genuine?

Yes — 100%. Every product is imported through authorised distributors and reaches you factory-sealed. Where the brand offers it (Optimum Nutrition, MuscleTech), you can scan or scratch the authenticity code on the pack to verify.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Hyderabad and Telangana only. Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same working day — usually next-day delivery in Hyderabad and 1–3 days across the rest of Telangana. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email.

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹5,000. Below that, a flat shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No. All orders are prepaid — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay's secure checkout.

Can I return a product?

Supplements are consumables, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. If a product reaches you damaged, incorrect or with a broken seal, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it free.

How should I store my supplements?

Cool, dry place, lid tightly closed, away from direct sunlight. Keep the desiccant sachet in the tub.

Do you offer bulk or gym pricing?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp for gym, team and bulk orders.
